FAQs
How quickly can I get my cookies?
Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Custom cookies take time to design, bake, and decorate, but also may require custom cookie cutters or design embellishments to be ordered and shipped.
(Expedited processing may be available for a fee depending on availability)
Can I select my designs?
Designs are created based on the info provided on your request form and any supplemental images/info that is sent via the contact form/email. I work best with full artistic control, but if there is a specific design you are wanting, it can be requested.
**I do not copy other artists' work**
Can I mix and match packages?
Absolutely! Custom cookies are a luxury item, but mixing packages is a fantastic way to meet any budgetary needs. Minis and drop cookies are a great way to get more cookies for your dollar.
When do I pay for my cookies?
Payment in full is required within 3 days of receiving your invoice. If not paid in that time, your date may no longer be available. For larger orders, totaling over $350, a deposit of 50% may be accepted with the remaining payment due 2 weeks before the pickup date.
We accept most major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, and Venmo.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations can be made with a full refund (minus fees and the cost of any custom supplies ordered) no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled pickup date.
If you need to cancel within the 2 weeks before your date, your purchase price can be applied towards a future order.
Once the cookies have been baked, there is no refund or credit issued.
How do I obtain my cookies?
Cookies will be available for pickup in Plainville, MA on the pickup date marked on your invoice.
Delivery can be arranged on a case by case basis for an additional charge of $10 plus $1/mile.
Massachusetts Cottage Food Law prohibits shipping of cookies.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Absolutely! This is a fantastic option if the date of your event is already booked, as you can pick the cookies up at an earlier time. Place packaged cookies in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months. When ready to thaw, remove the entire container, and let thaw on the counter for 24 hours without opening it. This will ensure condensation does not get onto the packaging and ruin the designs.
How long will my cookie stay fresh?
All cookies come individually heat sealed and should be enjoyed within 2-3 weeks for ideal freshness.
What are those black specks in my cookies?
Those are vanilla beans, and that is one of the reasons why our cookies are so yummy!
